These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rosetta ("Service"), operated by Temujin Labs, a business based in Barcelona, Spain. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Rosetta is an AI citation tracking and analytics platform. The Service monitors AI platforms (such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude) to track when and how they cite your domain in their generated responses. Features include:
To access most features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Rosetta offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings or customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes (including VAT for EU customers). We use Stripe as our payment processor. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at hello@temujinlabs.com for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Rosetta, its logo, design, and code are the property of Temujin Labs. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service (domains, queries, etc.). We claim no ownership over your data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI platform APIs may change, which can temporarily affect citation tracking accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to maintain service quality and will communicate any significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temujin Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@temujinlabs.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
